DEFINING COMMUNITYCONVERSATIONS TO BUILD CAPACITY

 #definingcommunity

People are talking about the future of Nova Scotia at a level that most of us have never experienced. It's happening in coffee shops, beside water coolers, and around the kitchen table. How do we turn this talk into action?

THE BACKGROUND

June 16, 2015,  Engage Nova Scotia, the Halifax Partnership, the Cape Breton Partnership, the Community Sector Council of Nova Scotia, and many other partners, sponsors and friends came together to host a one-day conference that showcased success and mobilized change.  Locally here in the Annapolis Valley one of the 11 satellite conferences was held at the NSCC Middleton Campus. These satellite conferences have been the inspiration for organizing this monthly event at the NSCC Digby Campus on April 27, 2016 at 6:00pm. (doors open at 5:30pm)

  • Take a fresh look at where we are now and what is possible.
